Via TeamViewer

Click the icon to download and install TeamViewer. After starting the application please forward the Session ID and the password to the CGS Support agent. If problems with the connection appear please check your proxy settings).

Via pcvisit

Just enter the 8-digit Connection ID which you received from CGS Support, then click 'Start session' to join the session. You will be connected to the pcvisit session directly within seconds.
